• Financial and transactional details: bank account details, income range, occupation, tax residency status, KYC identifiers, folio numbers and transaction history.
• Suitability details: the answers you give in your risk profile and your investment preferences.
• Nominee and beneficiary information, with responsibility for accuracy resting with the client.
• Technical details when you use this website: internet protocol address, browser type, device information, the pages you visit and the average time spent on them.

We collect data for KYC compliance, transaction processing, risk profiling, query resolution, website improvement and regulatory compliance, following data-minimisation principles.

Processing occurs on the basis of your consent, our legal obligations under SEBI, AMFI and APMI requirements, and our contractual duties. You may withdraw consent by writing to services@sanriya.net.

Data is shared with Asset Management Companies, registrars, KYC agencies, service providers under confidentiality agreements, and authorised legal or regulatory bodies. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it for anyone's marketing purposes.
